NOC Desk is officially open

With the first month in the rearview, we could not be happier with the journey to date. To answer some questions, we could not think of a better topic as the first blog post. We are a new company, but not new to the industry. We are also not your typical IT company, we care about our clients and treat your network as our own,

managed services

What does NOC stand for?

NOC is a global term used for Network Operations Center. The name was originally chosen to be used as a platform for technicians to connect and collaborate. After a series of events, a decision was made to form a new IT company. Not just new, but a better type of IT company.

Who do we support?

That’s the easy part. Anyone that owns a computer will need support at some time, and we are happy to offer that support. Whether you are a home user or a business, we can take care of any need you have.

Why NOC Desk?

We know there are many options out there for IT support, but we do not conform to the mold so many of those companies follow. There is no one size fits all model when it comes to supporting an individual or business. We take the time to get to know who you are, what you do and then personalize a plan that best fits your needs. We offer free assessments of your current setup, simply Contact Us to get started.

Lastly, this is not a question but something we are proud to offer. If you are a non-profit or are just in the beginning stages of obtaining a 501c3, we have special pricing structures geared towards you. We know and understand that many times funding can be limited but you IT needs are not. Again Contact Us and let us know how we can best support your needs.

NOC Desk is an IT Managed Services company located in Metairie, LA with an immediate service area of Southeast Louisiana. We support many businesses, non-profits, and ministries all over the Country.
Let us simplify your IT life. Don’t let simple computer problems become large ones. Our proactive approach to support allows us to monitor your network and fix these small issues before they grow and could possibly cost you downtime.
